| Cleaning up for the start of construction.
Work has started on site preparation for the commencement of Phase 1 of the beach front condominiums at Bang Kao Bay Residences on the beautiful island of Koh Samui in the South of Thailand.
The project site is now being cleaned and prepared, drains and underground pipes installed and electrical and water services installed.
125 reinforcing piles have been installed in anticipation of constructing 3 beach front pool villas.
Bang Kao Bay on completion will be a five star luxury beachfront real estate development in a prime location on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, in the South of Thailand.
